Pray For One Another Have you ever wondered why God created us social beings? Why didn't He just leave Adam alone? Why put us in races, families, regions etc.? Why do I need you and how come you cannot do without me? I Need You To Survive (Hezekiah Walter) I need you You need me We are all a part of Gods body Stand with me Agree with me We are all a part of God’s army It is His will that every need be supplied You are important to me I need you to survive. I pray for you You pray for me I love you I need you to survive I won't harm you With words from my mouth I love you I need you to survive These are the words of a song that sums up all the argument for our interdependence on one another. Truth is none of us can do it or go it all alone. We need each other, and the sooner we realise this fact, the easier our life journeys will become. Picture this: your area of need is a walkover by some other person around you. How easy do you think it will be for that brother or sister to believe God for you in that area? I think very easy. If you listened to them talk about that area, you will know that believing is not an issue. They almost will sound like they do not need faith or at least not much as you are imagining. They already walk in the reality of what you are dreaming about. God promised that if two or more of us agreed as touching anything, it would be done by the Father. How cool is that? Why won't we embrace this grace? Why will we allow ourselves to be cheated out of our inheritance in Christ? Beloved, look around you, God has blessed you with folk. Just imagine if on an hourly basis someone is mentioning your name before the Father. And you are doing your bit for many around you. We will all live joyful stress-free lives. “Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” (Matthew 18:19-20) Therefore, confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective. (James 5:16) As you worship God today, please remember to pray for someone else and know this, whatsoever a man does that he shall reap also. Sow prayers and you will reap prayers. Be someone's answer, and someone will be your answer. Lift a burden off a brother's shoulders and watch help arise for you from God's throne. Look out for others today, and you will be protected. Enjoy God's presence. Remember to pray for one another. P.S. when you are alone, multiplication is not possible. When there are two or more, then we can be talking increase.
