Pray for the Ministries That Feed You

What does it mean to pray for daily bread? In this Daily Hope devotional, Pastor John S. Dickerson continues walking through the Lord’s Prayer and shows another way to pray, “Give us today our daily bread.” Daily bread is not only something we ask God to provide for ourselves. We can also pray for the churches, ministries, leaders, and people God is using to equip us and advance His kingdom on earth. When we pray for daily bread, we can ask God to provide the resources, staff, finances, open doors, wisdom, and strength needed for His work to continue. We can pray for our families, our workplaces, our neighborhoods, and the ministries that help us grow in faith.
