Pray From Christ's Finished Work - Clint Byars

from Forward Church

Prayer changes things. Prayer changes you and your world around you, but it doesn’t change God. Prayer doesn’t cause God to respond and give you what you want or need, he’s already done that. God doesn’t have anything else to give to you. The only thing God has left to give you is wisdom, revelation and guidance on how to live within everything he’s already given you. In fact, he gave you his spirit, the essence of his very own life, so you would understand what he’s given you in Christ. https://www.clintbyars.com/blog/2019/5/20/pray-from-christs-finished-work
