Prayer Insights

Series 1 Episode 12 In this podcast I am interacting with my mom (Carlean Cole) and Judith Burgess on the subject of prayer. These ladies have been prayer warriors for many years. In the podcast we interact on major aspects of what they have applied in their own prayer life as to the dynamics of effective praying and knowing God. When I was two years old I was involved in a car accident that put me in the hospital in very serious condition. My mom prayed for me at that time. In this podcast I ask her to share some of the details. It was a great joy to have mom interact with me today (May 24) on her 87th birthday. A major part of the emphasis in this podcast was on prayer and the Word (of God). Joh 15:7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will [prayer], and it shall be done unto you. Joh 15:8 Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples. Eph 6:18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints; May God grant each of us the spiritual understanding of how to put our armor of God (Ephesians 6) on so that we can effectively pray for all saints and effectively pray for all men (especially pray for the salvation need of all men). 1Ti 2:1 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; 1Ti 2:2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. 1Ti 2:3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; 1Ti 2:4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
