Prayer of Jabez for Family Restoration

Welcome to the June Prayer of Jabez Challenge. Let’s Pray,Heavenly Father,Like Jabez, I cry out to you today: Oh, that you would bless me indeed and, bless my family with more of your unlimited goodness and your gift of favor. I bring my family before you, asking for your mercy and healing. You are the God who restores what is broken, who brings reconciliation where there has been division, and who heals hearts that have been wounded.Lord, bless my family with more of your presence. Pour out your peace over every relationship that has been strained or broken. Heal the wounds caused by misunderstanding, silence, betrayal, rebellion, or distance. Where there has been anger, bring gentleness. Where there has been pride, release humility. Where there has been hurt, pour out forgiveness. Where there has been hate, grant healing love. Enlarge our heart of grace toward one another. Help us to listen with tenderness and sincerity, to speak with love, and to see each other through your eyes. Restore trust, rebuild connection, let laughter return to our relationships and kindness fill our conversations.Let your hand be with us. Be the center of our family. Guide us in wisdom, protect us from the schemes of the enemy, and help us to walk in unity. Let generational patterns of dysfunction and pain be broken in Jesus’ name.Keep us from causing harm to one another. Replace conflict with compassion, and distance with closeness. Make our family a testimony of your redeeming power.Father, I thank you in advance for the reconciliation you are bringing and restoration in my life and my relationships. In Jesus’ name, Amen
