Prayer of Jabez for Health, Fitness, and Strength

Welcome to the June Prayer of Jabez Challenge. Let’s Pray,Heavenly Father,Just as Jabez cried out to you, I come today and ask boldly: Oh, that you would bless me indeed! I surrender my body, mind, and daily habits to you. I desire to honor you with my health and ask for Your strength to walk in wholeness.Bless me with discipline and motivation. Help me stay committed to my fitness and weight loss goals—not out of vanity, but out of a desire to live fully, with energy and strength to fulfill the purpose You’ve placed on my life. Renew my mind daily and help me choose foods, movements, and habits that nourish, not harm.Enlarge my territory, Lord—not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually. Expand my capacity to endure, to grow stronger, and to see myself through Your eyes. Teach me to steward my body as a temple of the Holy Spirit, created in Your image.Let Your hand be with me. Be my strength when I feel weak, my motivation when I feel tired, and my peace when I feel overwhelmed. Help me to find rest in You—not only physical rest, but deep, soul-refreshing rest that restores me from the inside out.Keep me from harm, Lord—protect me from illness, injury, and discouragement. Guard my mind from shame and negative self-talk, and fill me with hope, confidence, and joy as I progress.Thank You for giving me life, breath, and the power to change.
