Prayer to be Anxious for Nothing

Anxiety cannot stand against the affirmative word of God. So when you find yourself in the grip of worry say: I will not let my heart be troubled nor will I be afraid. Meditate on these verses with this prayer: Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
