PrayerLife - September 4 2016 - He Knows

The more we know about our wonderful God, the more we are moved to draw near to Him in prayer. Jesus reminds us that when we pray, we can come with absolute freedom and confidence because He already knows the concerns of our heart. Jesus says, “And when you pray, do not heap up empty phrases as the Gentiles do, for they think that they will be heard for their many words. Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him" (Matthew 6:7-8).
