PRAYING ACCORDING TO GOD’S WILL!

Praying According to God's Will Scripture: “Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.” — 1 John 5:14 (NKJV) Message: Prayer is a powerful connection between us and God, but true confidence in prayer comes when we align our requests with His will. God is not just a giver of what we desire—He is a loving Father who knows what is best for us. When we pray according to His will, we can be assured that He hears us and will respond in the way that fulfills His purpose. But how do we pray in accordance with His will? First, we must seek His guidance through His Word, as His will is revealed in Scripture. Second, we must surrender our own desires, trusting that His plans are higher and better than ours. Third, we must listen to the Holy Spirit, who leads us in truth and helps us pray with wisdom and faith. Praying according to God's will does not mean we will always get what we ask for, but it means we can trust that God’s answer—whether yes, no, or wait—is the best for us. When we align our prayers with His purpose, we experience deeper peace, knowing He is working all things for our good. Today, ask yourself: Am I praying for my own desires, or am I seeking God's will in my prayers? How can I align my heart with His purpose so that my prayers will reflect His plans? Prayer: Almighty Father, thank You for the assurance that You hear me when I pray according to Your will. Help me to seek Your plans above my own and trust in Your perfect timing.
