Praying for One Another (Episode 66)

This podcast episode addresses the importance of Christians praying for each other. According to the Bible, the local church should pray for the sick to be healed. Also, we should confess our faults to each other and to epray for each other for healing. We don’t have to be perfect to be effective in praying for one another. Elijah prophet is our perfect example. God used him to shut up the rain in heaven for three and a half years, according to Elijah’s prayer. But in his epistle, James reminds us that Elijah had human weaknesses and shortcomings just like us. One time, he even told God he wanted to just quit and die. Elijah was not perfect, but God still used his prayers mightily. God wants to use our prayers the same way when we pray for one another. Duration 12:11
