Witnessing is sharing the good news of Jesus Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit and leaving the results to God. We cannot bring about spiritual breakthrough in a person’s heart. I lack the ability to save anyone but saving a person, a city, a people is not what I am charged to do. I am to share Christ and depend on the Holy Spirit. God gives the increase. Paul stood on Mars Hill surrounded by unbelief. Idols were all around him but he did what he always did. He trusted God’s power and preached the word.
