Intel surged 23% to a new record after posting strong results and sharply beating sales for profits this year. Nvidia rose more than 4%, Amazon added over 3%, and Palantir gained 1.1%. Also, P&G added 1.6% after topping sales forecasts and reiterating its full-year forecast.
