Pre-Season BS Session with Byron Horton

On this episode of the Nine Finger Chronicles, Byron Horton of the Whitetail Experience podcast is back for a pre-season hunting BS Session. The guys kick off the episode by discussing the gear that they will be using for their upcoming bowhunts and if it is new, or if it is equipment that they have used previously. This includes boots, treestands and saddles, archery equipment, and if they modify their equipment or not. The conversation then turns to the hunts the two have planned this year. Byron has a brand new baby at home and Dan will be coaching his kids soccer teams and they discuss the obstacles that may keep them from spending time in the tree. The two also discuss brownie points and the communication with their wives.The guys finish up the episode by talking about the farms that they will be hunting and what the trophy quality looks like based on trail camera data and previous years experience.
