Today, there is a silent accumulation of gold and silver in mass quantities by global and national banks, and by more and more private citizens who seem to be in on the know.   Convinced that precious metals is for royalty and the rich, many blue and white collar workers still have not even considered acquiring precious metals unless guided to do so by a Financial Planner or expert.
