For many of us, the subject of sex brings up feelings of shame, embarrassment, and confusion. As a result, most people avoid talking about it even though we all share a longing to experience and understand love and sexuality. The purpose of this book is to share a clear and hopeful vision from the teachings of Reverend Sun Myung Moon and Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon, who we affectionately call True Parents. Their revolutionary insight is that the sexual relationship between a husband and wife is the very core of the universe. This resource can help young adults grow their sexual integrity in preparation for marriage and support blessed couples to create heavenly intimacy.We acknowledge that not everyone is in the place they may want to be in terms of their habits and attitudes regarding sex or their relationship with their spouse.
