In der Europäischen Union wurde sich in der Nacht zum Donnerstag auf einen abgemilderten Rahmen von ETS2 geeinigt. Bei dieser Ausweitung des Emissionshandels ab 2028 soll es nun einen Preisdeckel geben. Die tschechische Regierung bleibt trotzdem auf Anti-Kurs.
