PREMIERE: Detroit's Filthiest - Mothership Has Landed [Philthtraxx]

from definite party material · host definite party material

Detroit's Filthiest exposes the falsehoods of society via an electro-funk expedition on wax. Born in Baghdad Iraq and raised in Detroit, Detroit's Filthiest aka DJ Nasty aka 313 Bass Mechanics aka Digitek has been releasing genre defining tracks since his first record in 1996. After releasing many notable records he went on to create his own label MCEC (Motor City Electric Company) to release records at a furious pace. This was the era when ghetto tech and electro-funk was selling like hot cakes, many selling out locally without national or international distribution. FFWD to today, Detroit's Filthiest wake up call came when Universal approached him for a 313 Bass Mechanics sample to be cleared for Disclosure's "Pass Out". He has since released records on Casa Voyager, Rotterhague, Defected, Exit, FTP and now Philthtrax XL and still produces records from Detroit as he did in 1996. @detroitsfilthiest @philthtrax Buy: https://clone.nl/item56558.html
