From now on, each album of ours will align with the celestial rhythm of the 24 Solar Terms, one of the most magical wisdom in ancient Chinese culture. Every release will mirror the essence of its corresponding season, echoing our ancestors’ reverence for nature’s cycles, their harmony with the flow of the four seasons, and their pursuit of cosmic resonance. This EP also lays the cornerstone for our pioneering Orientempo genre. Mahumen, together with five visionary remixers, merges Eastern spirituality with the fluidity of Organic Downtempo and the depth of Spiritual Slow Tech, guiding listeners on an odyssey that transcends linear time. Mahumen (@mamahumen) a collective blending Swedish artist Johan and Italian artist Bubble T, crafts meditative soundscapes through their fusion of electronic folk and downtempo, rooted in Eastern aesthetics and natural philosophy. Their music paints a sonic landscape of harmony between humanity and nature. In "Front", through tense Organic Techno rhythms, subterranean basslines, and deliberate dissonance, Mahumen maps the intricate mycelium connecting the flow of cosmic energy and the rhythm of life.
