HATE exclusive premiere. Full streaming of the EP soon on our HATE YouTube channel Support the label, buy it here: https://phaaar.bandcamp.com/album/emx-series-pt-iii Powering up the Korg Electribe for another addition to the anticipated EMX Series, Phara conjures up five immersive tracks showcasing power and depth on his very own PHAAAR imprint. After touring with the groovebox and making it a centerpiece to his sound and statement, EMX Series PT. III sees the Belgian artist burn circuits to deliver impactful drums and vast soundscapes in live shows pressed on wax. The EP details not only Phara's sound as a producer, but the high pressure club experience of his live performances. Artist: Phara Title: EMX Series PT.III Label: Phaaar Catalogue: PH007 Format: Vinyl Genre: Electronic Style: #Techno Release date: releases April 24, 2026 Tracklist: A1. Strike3 A2. Sequenced B1. Pine Barrens B2. Static Field (Studio Edit) B3. Intro (Vocoder Edit) Follow #Phara here: https://soundcloud.com/phara-6 https://www.instagram.com/phara___/ https://www.facebook.com/Pharafourfour/ The EP starts off with a solid foundation in ‘Strike3’ as is only appropriate for Phara; a swift bassline cuts through string stabs, creating an imposing on-beat rhythm. Gripping the listener’s attention from the beginning, the Electribe outputs an identifiable fullness to add a vintage edge to a modern record. These themes continue through EMX Series PT. III and emphasize the bridge between power and warmth that Phara constructs. ‘Sequenced’ takes over as the second chapter - stuttering plucked synths create structural integrity to a spiraling track that descends into deliria. Massive pads break up the rhythm to reveal a deep euphoric undertone before collapsing back into heavy swing through ecstatic percussion rolls. Building and deconstructing, tension remains insistent throughout the project to underline intense dancefloor stretches. The B side honors the A side in this, as ‘Pine Barrens’ loads up a haunting main synth that centers the track, covering a wide range of octaves while throwing out open hi hats and rides to double down on the attitude. Noise and delay feedback carpet the ambience of the track, adding dynamic to every section and emphasizing the transitions. ‘Static Field’ steps into the deeper side of things, keeping the lead slightly lower to the ground and swiping through ambient synth work. The percussion remains directive as Phara’s kick booms through the record, bursting with metallic stabs and various sequences to keep the track rolling on into the final part of the release. ‘Intro’ then steps out of rigid structure with a percussionless noise outro. Ringing bells persist through static waves of ambiance to ease the energy down while maintaining the same level of anticipation as the preceding tracks. Phara then draws EMX Series PT. III to a close on a powering down Electribe, bringing the ringing intensity of his sound to silence. ___ DISCLAIMER: All tracks are uploaded in a low quality for promotional purposes only and with buy links to respect label and artists. https://www.facebook.com/hatecollective/ or via email: [email protected] Follow us on SOUNDCLOUD for exclusive podcast series: https://soundcloud.com/hate_music Follow us on INSTAGRAM for releases previews and news: https://www.instagram.com/hate_collective
