“Idée Fixe” is the point of origin in the collaborative relationship between Splash Pattern and Misantrop, created while both artists were reevaluating their individual sonic identities. The EP therefore takes up a life of its own, distinct from the respective outputs of Splash Pattern and Misantrop. The release consists of three cuts of twitchy, pounding and synthetic club tracks.
