PREPARE YOURSELF FOR THE STRUGGLE THOSE YOU INTEND TO LEAD WILL FACE.

IF YOU WISH TO LEAD, PREPARE TO LEAD. PREPARE YOURSELF FOR THE STRUGGLE THOSE YOU INTEND TO LEAD WILL FACE. “Leaders who are unwilling to live by the rules they impose on others should forfeit their right to lead. Immunity to rules, absolutism, double standards, and remote indictments are not leadership, they are rulership. If you intend to lead people, lead them from where they are, prepare yourself to live the life you expect them to live.” J Loren Norris Watch the #leadingleaderspodcast video 4-9-21: https://www.jlorennorris.com/podcast/if-you-wish-to-lead-prepare-to-lead-prepare-yourself-for-the-struggle-those-you-intend-to-lead-will-face ________________________________ Leading Leaders Podcast is a short but impactful leadership video, blog and podcast distributed 5 days a week by J Loren Norris to promote faith, family and freedom in the face of a global leadership drought.
