What happens when disaster strikes? Do you know what your role is in an emergency? In today's introductory episode of Season 12, First Case co-hosts Melanie and Chris kick off our season on Disaster Preparedness by sharing their own experiences of the unexpected. There are lessons to be learned from each experience, and ways that we can learn and plan so that we're prepared for any future event.
