Today with the changes in lifestyle, including how we shop as well the number of hours spent away from the office this has brought about a shift in the type of home people seek as well as where that home is located. At least one C.E.O says this is affecting the sense of community which once existed. Realtor/Broker Shana Neely breaks bread with us as she talks about rising interest rates and how the seller’s market can still be a benefit for all parties involved.
