Currently serving as the Dean of Nursing at Arizona College of Nursing in Tampa, Dr. Felismino has led transformative initiatives that improved NCLEX pass rates from 36% to 94.74% and significantly boosted colleague engagement and student retention. She holds a PhD in Nursing Education, an MSN with a concentration in Public Health from Xavier University, and a BSN from San Juan de Dios College in the Philippines.  Dr. Felismino is a recipient of several prestigious awards, including the Circle of Excellence in Nursing Education and the Arizona College of Nursing Peak Performer Award.
