Prescott Celebrates 2026 National Night Out With 12 Block Parties

Send us a text and chime in!On Tuesday August 4th, 2026, The City of Prescott successfully celebrated the 2026 National Night Out, bringing neighbors, families, and first responders together at 12 block parties hosted throughout the community. The annual event is designed to strengthen police–community partnerships, promote neighborhood camaraderie, and enhance public safety.This year’s celebration saw strong participation from the Prescott Police Department, with 15 police officers and 2 public-safety dispatchers attending gatherings across the city. Officers spent the evening meeting residents, answering questions, and participating in neighborhood activities.National Night Out is one of the Prescott Police Department’s favorite events each year because it highlights the partnership between our department and the people we serve. The turnout at all 12 block parties shows how committed our neighborhoods are to building strong, safe communities.The Prescott Police Department thanks all residents, volunteers, block captains, and partner organizations who made the 2026 National Night Out a success.
