Prescott Extends Sheldon Street Lane Closure Due to Weather

Send us a text and chime in!The City of Prescott has announced a weather-related update to the final phase of the Sheldon Street Water Main Project. Due to weather conditions, the scheduled concrete work associated with the project has been rescheduled to Wednesday, July 29, 2026. As a result, the lane closure at the intersection of Sheldon Street and Marina Street will remain in place through Thursday, July 30, while crews complete the remaining work. The concrete work is part of the final phase of the project, which places the newly installed water main into full service.
