Prescott Valley Police Enforce Urban Camping Rules

Send us a text and chime in!The Prescott Valley Police Department (PVPD) is enforcing Prescott Valley Town Ordinance 2024-946, also known as Town Code 10-01-180 “Urban Camping”. This ordinance prohibits anyone from setting up a temporary living area on any private or public property. The full ordinance can be reviewed at www.prescottvalley-az.gov under the Government tab and under the Town Council heading.In addition, PVPD Police Community Services handles the Authority to Trespass forms available to businesses that allow officers to remove trespassers after hours when they are at businesses outside of operating hours.
