Just recently I was reminded of the value of actually being here. Present, available, awake, however, you discern what it is to be actually here, now. It may seem obvious but in the episode, Terces suggests that mostly we aren’t here, now. It is so easy to drift into another space and time, where worry, concern, fear, doubt all take up permanent residence.
