La pregonera de la Velá de este año, Dª. Rosa Díaz, hace la presentación de la revista que lleva el nombre del barrio. Tiene un recuerdo de aquellos otros tiempos en que la revista se "fermentó" años 1949, dejó constancia de alguna efemérides como la muerte de Manolete, por temas familiares, entró en Triana para ya nunca salir. La pregonera citó a Manuel Bellido Angulo, destacó a los años ochenta, con artículos de Vicente Acosta Dominguez, la pulcritud de Francisco Ruiz Torren y artículos de Vicente Flores; quien le dio opción a escribir en la revista en los años 80 fué Manuel Pacheco. Nada que ver la revista de hoy entre aquellas, estas actuales tienen mejor maquetación; hizo relación del sumario de la composición de la revista y citó algunos personajes. Destacó entrevistas como la de Juan Romero, Mª. Reyes Fuentes, Rosa Diaz. "Me trae el recuerdo de Aquilino Duque con soneto al Cachorro y un poema a los espejos de Viena ya seria suficiente para destacar a este narrador, poeta y ensayista·. Invitó a mirar "hacia delante", "el ojo de pez debe de existir para que nadie se quede en la cuneta del olvido"- "Triana es muy larga, llega al mar y a la vega. La revista para hacer una sencilla critica, debe seguir con la historia muy señalizada por todos. "Mirando hacia la creación, se quitara de fanfarrias y ornatos, menos hojas y más lineas; esta en buen momento, todo es mejorable". Balcón Trianero, copiando lo que se dice en la revista está conforme al denominarse Rosa Diaz, "A la poesía no vuelvo: simplemente estoy".
