Presenting reality through Filmmaking Jai Sharma

Hailing from Jodhpur, Jai has been working in cinema for 17 years and worked as an assistant director on feature films with Wes Anderson, Zoya Akhtar, Rajkumar Hirani, Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, Gurinder Chaddha, Ashim Ahluwalia, Abhinay Deo, Rajesh Mapuskar and many others before he started making films independently.  After working on 32 feature films and more than 300 TV commercials, Jai has been producing various Short Films for the last 6 years. He also Directed/ Produced/ Wrote his first short length film 'Gadhedo' in 2018. It went to several film festivals globally and Vikrant Massey won Best Actor- Jury award at RIFF 2019. His next films “So Sicily” & “#YOLO” are into the festival circuit. Jai recently directed the second unit for the Amazon show “Inside Edge- Season 3”.
