About Our Guests:  Kevyn & Matthew are Fannin Co. locals who have a love for their community and the town of Leonard. They are excited to bring a new gathering place to North Texas, where people can come together to celebrate life’s happy moments.  Their historic building dates back to the early 1930’s - Built during the Great Depression, it has played host to several mom and pop businesses throughout the decades. It has been home to a family owned and operated grocery, a barbecue dive, and rumor has it, a secret bootlegger or two.  The Leonard Square has always been a laid back social hub for the small town and in the late 1980’s, the lot next door became known as Cowboy Corner. The lot earned its nickname from the group of local cowboys who would park their pickups there on any given night and socialize. For the last 30 years or so, the building has been storing antiques, waiting patiently to become a bustling gathering place once again.
