Preserving Tradition While Embracing Innovation

from The Balancing Point Podcast Hosted by John Nieters

In this episode of The Balancing Point, I sit down with Dr. Tom Ingegno to explore how we can preserve the wisdom of East Asian medicine while embracing modern innovation. We discuss acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, nervous system regulation, biohacking technologies, mentorship, and the growing research helping explain why these ancient therapies continue to work. It's a wide-ranging conversation about where integrative medicine has been—and where it may be heading next. - - - - - About the Guest: Dr. Tom Ingegno, DACM, L.Ac, is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, clinician, author, and integrative health practitioner with more than two decades of experience.
