Yes, we had a President who had three names like a criminal - and even though Chester Alan Arthur came from the corrupt New York City political machine of the late 19th century and loved fancy clothes and food, "criminal" may be a little over the edge (especially since he only became President after an actual criminal assassinated James Garfield).
