President Jacob Zuma says he is optimistic about the country's future under ANC

South African President Jacob Zuma says after interacting with ordinary South Africans during the election campaign, he is optimistic about the country's future under ANC leadership. He was speaking at his party's final rally before Wednesday's municipal elections. The Siyanqoba Rally at a packed Ellis Park stadium in Johannesburg, was also attended by ANC veterans Winnie Madikizela-Mandela, Rivonia Trialist Andrew Mlangeni as well as leaders of the tripartite alliance the SACP, Cosatu and Sanco.
