President Cyril Ramaphosa will seek leave to appeal the ruling by the High Court in Pretoria that set aside his recognition of the Zulu Monarch, Misuzulu. The Court found Ramaphosa did not follow due processes in accordance with customary law and traditions when issuing the certification to Misuzulu as king.
