Okay. 00:31 There was a phone call today between the South Carolina Senate GOP caucus and President Donald John Trump. 00:50 in which, from what I am hearing, President Trump laid out his arguments for why South Carolina should redistrict. Okay? Now that's what happened today. That might actually be breaking news, but there you go. We'll go and do a little bit of that. But anyway, and from what I'm hearing, let me get this right. No guarantees, but there is a very strong wind behind it. 01:50 There's a strong wind behind this. um And here's the thing, though. We can talk to people, but there are caucus rules that forbid them from relaying information about what happens in meetings like this. So while we can talk in generalities, um very few people are going to even disclose to me the specifics of what was discussed today. So that's where we are right now. 02:19 President Trump picked up the phone and called the South Carolina GOP Senate caucus, had a conversation with him, laid out his, I don't know, his uh plan for redistricting, why laid out, made the argument. And from what we're hearing now, it made, because now we got Shane Massey, remember we got Shane Massey over in the Senate? Yes, yes. 02:49 Got his number right here on my phone. There it is right there. Use it judiciously. uh So we got Shane Massey over in the Senate talking about how he doesn't want to do it. Then you've got, you know, over in the House, who all have we got? Well, from what we're hearing, Merle Smith is against the idea, or at least he was, for redistricting and doing away with Jim Clyburn's district. Now, the argument is, here is one of the big arguments. 03:19 Some of these people consider themselves to be so vulnerable in their positions that they don't want to do anything to upset the apple cart as far as their districts are concerned. We could postpone those primaries if we wanted to. Now, will we? I doubt it. I'm seriously gonna doubt that, but we'll see. I, but listen, this is not a time.
