President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto launched a new party

Kenya's President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto launched a new political party on Saturday ahead of next years general elections. The Jubilee party's launch follows the merger of 11 political parties including President Kenyatta's The National Alliance Party and Ruto's United Republic Party. Kenya is due to hold elections in August next year. President Kenyatta will be seeking relection for a second and final term. Sarah Kimani reports.
