This week, "Latin Pulse" looks at elections and economics: Brazil’s presidential election and Argentina’s economic crisis. The Brazilian elections feature three major party candidates vying to get more than 50 percent of the vote or move on to a second round of voting. The program looks at the chances of upstart candidate Marina Silva of the Socialist Party and debates her chances of upsetting President Dilma Rousseff.
