Presidential Message on National Hispanic Heritage Month

Summary: This proclamation-style message marks National Hispanic Heritage Month, honoring the contributions of Hispanic Americans across military service, law enforcement, healthcare, religious leadership, and government. Key themes: Praises Hispanic Americans' roles across professions and their contributions to American culture and institutions. Emphasizes values of faith, family, hard work, and dedication as central to the Hispanic American community's impact. Ties the message to the administration's economic policy, citing the Working Families Tax Cuts Act's provisions — no tax on tips, no tax on overtime, no tax on Social Security, an increased child tax credit, and new "Trump Accounts" investment accounts for children — as benefits extending to the community. Closes with a commitment to continue "delivering wins" and honoring Hispanic American culture and contributions.
