President's Chapel 2022-2023 - Dr. Fred Antonelli - What Christmas is All About

In our last President's Chapel of Fall 2022, Dr. Fred Antonelli shares about Christmas and its true meaning. He reminds us through the various prophecies found in the Old Testament, the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He was born under hard circumstances in a city that wasn't counted for much. Dr. Antonelli reminds the students about the humanity of Jesus. He affirms that although Jesus was fully God, He was also fully human. His humanity was on full display during his time on earth. He slept, got hungry, wept, got angry, and tired. Nevertheless, He is the Prince of Peace. He was given to us as a peace offering for our sins. He died, resurrected, and is coming back for us. Jesus and his redemptive work on the cross are the meaning of Christmas. He became human to give humanity hope and a future. Jesus is the reason for this season. ★ Support this podcast ★
