Rev. Dick Grout, Worship Director at EBIC, shares with the student body the importance of being servant leaders. He states, “The reason for the success of Starbucks is because the former CEO implemented the concept of servant leadership.” Christians should always look for opportunities to serve instead of looking for a leadership position.
