Press Freedom, Democracy, and the Targeting of Journalists with Mark Taylor-Canfield

Mark Taylor-Canfield is a musician and journalist in Seattle. He's a former writer at Huffington Post and serves as Executive Director for Democracy Watch News. Mark is a frequent contributor to the Thom Hartmann program and a weekly guest on the Jeff Santos Show broadcasting from Boston. He just found out he was accepted into the prestigious Modern Journalism program at New York University. As an advocate for press freedom, he has briefed members of Congress on challenges to freedom of the press and participated in major international conferences focusing on democracy and press freedom.
