Positive and negative energies push against each other, forming magnetism, which allows atoms, stars, planets, and life to exist. Even the Big Bang was created through extreme pressure. The same thing happens inside us: emotional, mental, and physical pressure shapes our growth. When we fight pressure unconsciously, it becomes suffering. When we understand it consciously, pressure becomes transformation like carbon turning into a diamond. Everything from breathing and heartbeat to expectations and challenges is part of this universal pressure that shapes who we become.Pressure is not punishment. It is creation.
