Twany Beckham grew up in one of the roughest parts of the inner city of Louisville. At an early age, Beckham found his passion and used sports as a tool to help navigate his way to success.Beckham earned a basketball scholarship to Mississippi State University and later transferred to the University of Kentucky.In two-and-a-half years at UK, Beckham was a continuous member of the Southeastern Conference all-academic team and a member of its 2012 national championship team. Beckham graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2013 with a degree in communications.Since graduation, Twany has published a book titled Full Court Press – Conquering Adversity Under Pressure, where he tells the story about his life as a kid and shares valuable experiences he endured. Beckham travels and gives motivational speeches in hopes of changing lives and inspiring youth. Twany just recently published a brand new book titled PRESSURE where he talks about overcoming adversity, redefining himself and what success now looks like.
