La atención es una capacidad que los seres humanos tenemos para centrarnos en un tema, lo que llamamos concentrarnos y que nada nos distraiga. Cuando trabajamos en el ordenador en algo, vemos que numerosos avisos hacen que nos distraigamos, por eso existen programas que hace que nada nos distraiga. Pero cuando vemos la tele, una película, una serie, sobre todo si no son muy buenas, también podemos sorprendernos perdiendo nuestra atención y centrándonos en otras cosas. Vamos por tanto a analizar qué es esto de la atención y sus causas para ganar atención o perderla.
