In this episode we talk to agile legend Mike Cohn about how he has adjusted to online training and how his natural introverted nature has been affected. We learn some random facts about him including his favourite batman and why he is encouraging people to break the rules of Scrum in lockdown.Given that February sees the 20th anniversary of the Agile Manifesto, he tells us why he thinks the manifesto would have been worse if he had been in the room for its creation.
