From my EP ‘Daniel Worrall - Aura’ recorded in 2004. A CD that never got released. I recall uploading it to MySpace as an aspiring songwriter while juggling bands. This was right before the chaos of life, relationships, work and career, when things were lighthearted, full of dreams, ambitions and wishes. Innocent & hopeful times for me and many others. 17 and a 'moody' teenager so sure and unsure of everything at the same time. This definitely resulted in some ‘interesting’ songwriting! Tempted to rework this as I sing it from time to time with alternative lyrics, this song has a renaissance and has taken an even more powerful other wildly meaning to me in 2025/2026 Simpler times.
