It's over 11 days since it was reported that nearly 80 percent of hip operations at a Children’s Health Ireland (CHI) hospital were unnecessary, thanks to a leaked expert report obtained by The Ditch.Since then several members of the Dáil have called for the report to be published and yet outside of RTE publishing what can only be described as a CHI press release, there has been no media coverage. (Personally, I don't understand how such shocking allegations have not created major uproar.
