He has worked extensively advocating for the rights and inclusion of LGBTIQ+ individuals through his roles at GALA—The LGBTQ Archive and the Thami Dish Foundation. His work includes advising government departments, NGOs, and corporate clients on policies promoting social justice and equity. Together, we discuss how far we've come, the remaining barriers, and what needs to be done to ensure genuine equality and inclusion.
