En la vida laboral actual las competencias digitales y la tecnología ya no es una materia de un departamento o de un perfil profesional concreto, ya que todas las personas, en todas las unidades administrativas, trabajan en un entorno tecnológico. Por lo tanto, la tecnología forma parte de lo que hacemos y de cómo lo hacemos. Toda esta evolución tecnológica se encuentra reflejada en la Guía de Transformación Digital para el empleado público diseñada por empleados públicos de la Junta de Castilla y León.
